If you are getting bad block on the hard drive you will not be having a functioning hard drive much longer.

One of my co-workers is getting this error, all of a sudden the blue screen comes up and hence the error. I know this is a badblock in a hard drive, she has lot of document sitting on the harddrive. I just wanted to know if i can fix it without getting a new harddrive or run some sort of scan that will bypass this error from reading or saving a file on that bad block.
Thanks
