A reasonable one. You've established that other devices from that
manufacturer work as expected, which points to it being possibly an issue
with this particular device - either the spec of the model is different, or
there's a fault in the particular one you have.
In either case, taking it up with the manufacturer is a reasonable next
step, wouldn't you say?
