Re: Internet Connection Timing out

Go to Start > Run and type: devmgmt.msc , and hit enter
to open the Device Manager. Scroll down to Network adapters
and expand by clicking the '+'. Right-click on your network
adapter and select Properties, and under Power Management
uncheck: "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save
power", then click OK.
