I built a new computer a couple months ago, and right at 30 days(when
all my warranties expired) my power supply's fan started making
clicking noises. It only does this when the computer has been on a
while and is hot, and it sounds like it is maybe hitting the casing,
but it looks like there is plenty of clearance. Could this possibly be
a bearing going out? It is an Ultra V-series 350W.

Yup. and the cheap plastic is melting making it spin all over the place.
It happened once to me. I am not buying any cheap stuff no more.
