Hi Glen,
I did searched on line I found only one company that makes a USB/SATA combo
without fire wire ports.
Thanks,
Doron

Without searching online (and if you haven't why should I) I don't know if
USB cards come with serial ATA ports, I never seen USB + SATA combo but
then again I never needed one. Why not get a USB hub and plug it into one
of the built in USB slots. That will increase your USB slots.
Then either leave the SATA card in place or if you need more SATA slots
get a card to replace the existing SATA card, one with more SATA slots.
You will need to search online retail outlets your self.

Hi Glen,
I was looking to add a controller that has 3 to 4 external USB ports plus
2 internal sata ports, so I can free one PCI slot from the mother board.
(I have another controller of sata ports in another PCI Slot). I don't
need any Fire Wire Ports.
Thanks,
Doron
