Can someone please help me!
My computer crashed the other week and I have had to reboot the entire
syetem. Athough the computer works, it has many gremlins.

On my keyboard the @ and " keys are the otherway round, e.g - pressing shift
and 2 gets @, instead of ". I dont even have a pound sign anymore. My
computer cannot find its sound card, and although I am on broadband, scanning
down pages is slow and wavy. Appart from rebooting again, does anyone have
any other suggestions?

I don't know what country you are in, but Shift+2 is "@" on the US
keyboard, so if this is not what is on your keyboard, looks like your
language settings are wrong. Check your language and country are
listed in Control Panel, Regional and Language Options.
