Re: CD/DVD drive letter change

go to control panel \ administrative tools \ computer management \ disk management
right click on the cd drive who's letter you want to change
One of the opitons you see will be "Change drive letter and paths"
Do what you need to do there

My hard disk is drive C and my CD/DVD drive is drive D.

I want to split my hard disk and would prefer it to be drives C and D with the CD/DVD drive becoming drive E.

Is there a way of assigning/changing the drive letter of the CD/DVD drive?
