If the only drivers needed are the generic Windows drivers, you may be out
of luck.
What reader is it? Do you have the hardware id for it (it'd be under the
device manager entry of the smart card reader, in the details tab, on the
selection 'hardware id'.

It'd be specific for your flash card reader. My best suggestion would be
the laptop manufacturer or google the manufacturer of the flash card
reader
if you know who it is.
I did all that at Toshiba site and with Google, but found nothing.
That's frustrating. As you can see from my first post, the driver is a
generic driver from Microsoft.
