Can someone please help!, I was able to connect and install my mp3 player
and
game controller before I used system restore and now after it, Windows
will
detect it when I plug them in, but the hardware wizard will not appear,
the
only thing that happens after I plug either of them in is a balloon at the
bottom right of the screen and nothing else. Is there any way I can fix
this?
