Thanks philo but we do recognise that - unfortunately we are talking about
a $200 laptop - hardly worth spending the money on.

It would be nice to have some USB drivers or network drivers for the modem
to work - just don't know where and how to get them.




well if you end up not being able to get it working on USB
you can probably get a pcmcia net card on ebay for $10 or so.
