RE: Can't format DVD-Ram

Nero does seem to work. It formated and burned to the ram disc, and allowed
for future burnings or adding data.

I was able to format using UDF 1.5 for data recording after disableing

or remove the disc or shutdown my computer. I know this cause I left it
running thinking it will end but kept running for 2 days.

What is the make & model of the drive and the software you are trying to
use..?

The ram drive is always busy as soon as I insert the ram disc.
I have updated the firmware but that did not help. I also disconnected all
other drives and that did not help either. I always get the above error.
There are no other utilties or programs accessing the ram drive.
I even tried in safe mode but no help.
