My CD DVD Rom drives will not work. When I go into device manager it
shows
yellow exclamation marks next to them. I have been with Dell on line chat
6
times and spent many many hours trying each of their resolutions but it
hasn't helped. My next step is to take the tower into a computer store and
have them help but thought I would try here. I cannot do anything with my
digital camera since I just got it and am not able to load the program.
When
my daughter left for college after Christmas break, she disconnected her
external hard drive for her laptop and it seems I have had this problem
ever
since but don't want to blame it on that. Can anyone help?
