Finding dos & installing '95

My husband's computer has wondows xp on it and no other widows versions. I
have purchased windows '95 to install on it to play some old games but it
keeps telling me I need to shut down xp and install '95 through dos. I can't
even find dos. Help!!! Many thanks!
