Sorry for not being very informative, this is the info I got from them,
the system allows them to send and receive e-mail, but when they try to
access the Internet it gives them a blank page, I was wondering if it
is a bad DNS, I had them go into the Internet properties and set all
the web content to default level and Advanced, Restore Defaults, but no
luck.
