Outlook works, but no Internet Explorer....

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance


I have a co-worker that we just installed Windows XP Pro with service
pack 2. They can access the Outlook Express, but they can't use the
Internet. Any suggestion would be helpfull.
