That article is telling to contact Microsoft Tech Support in order for them
to give you a "hotfix" for USB printing issues. This hotfix is not "public"
and you need to call for it.


BTW: Please be aware that most printer manufacturer will not support any
printer connected to any type of docking station. This just plain "sucks"!
