Some graphics cards have both VGA (HD15) and DVI outputs. Some cards with
both outputs can support two monitors at a time. (Two VGA monitors could be
used if the DVI output is DVI-I, and a VGA adapter is added.)
It appears that your card has only the DVI-I. The "second display" is a TV,
which isn't of much use as a computer monitor. If that's correct, it's
something of a misrepresentation of the card's capabilities.
It is also possible to use multiple graphics cards to support multiple
monitors, but if your onboard graphics are AGP (I expect that they are), I
believe that the graphics controller on the mainboard can only run either
the onboard graphics or the AGP slot, but not both at once. Any additional
graphics cards would have to be PCI.
Sorry that I can't be more encouraging.
Address scrambled. Replace nkbob with bobkn.
