External HDD not responding?
Hi,
I just bought an usb 2.0 PCMCIA for my IBM Thinkpad Pentium III 700
(usb 1.1) and it works perfectly for my external DVD writer.
But when i plugged my external HardDisk in, it's not responding and my
Windows XP Home SP2 was hang.
What's wrong?
Btw the external HD works fine when i use usb 1.1
Is it lack of power support?
What should i do?
Thanx.
