NVIDIA 5200 Cloning & Re-booting problem

I'm running Windows XP and have an S-Video cable going out of my NVIDIA
5200 graphics card into my TV. In the graphics card properties I set
nView Display Mode to Clone, Primary Display to Analog and Secondary
Display to TV. Everything works just fine but every friggin time I
re-boot the settings get f@cked up. It's like it goes into single
display mode using the TV as the Primary Display. I end up unplugging
the S-Video cable and re-booting. Only problem is that after unplugging
and plugging in the cable I'm wrecking the S-Video pins.

... the problem persists on the external monitor you know its the graphics card ar fault and you need to replace either the graphics card if its an add on or the worse case scenario is the motherboard, now if the display is ok on the external monitor then try reseating the flex cable at both ends of the LCD if that dont work replace the cable its self or if that fails to work then you need a new LCD panel. ... whose background changed from dark blue to solid red. ...
