I'll just say this, overclocking is NEVER a good idea. Even those who
specialize in it have fried cpu's. Heat is one of the major causes of
breakdown in a pc. The parts eventually wear out. Even with a good
cooling system, it doesn't mean it's ok to overclock. I agree with all
the above, your kid fried it. Although it might not be good to tell [if
you have a warranty] the repair place about that;)
