In theory, Yes! You can mix the different speeds of memory. However, it is
NEVER recommended!! Differnet speeds of RAM may cause more Windows problems
than RAM with all the same speeds. Always use the same type of RAM (speeds,
CS, parity/non-parity etc..) so as to avoid problems!
