Hi,
Looks like the main problem is the mobo.
Suggest you to change the mobo battery, clear the CMOS and flash the latest
BIOS.
If you can successfully flash the BIOS, load the default setup then save and
exit BIOS. Let windows load and reinstall the latest VIA chipset drivers.
If you still can't solve the problems, check the mobo by a qualified
technician.
