Re: Windows XP reboots

I am a mere chemist and don't really understand what all the advice on that
web page means:
Cause
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.

This may or may not be due to the caller.

Resolving the Problem
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of the
problem.

Then you can use special pool for the suspect pool tags, or use Driver
Verifier on the suspect driver.

I don't even have a swimming pool, much less a special pool with tags! :)

I have updated all drivers that I could find. I have updated the mobo Bios.
There really is no driver separate from the XP installed drivers for my DVD
writer/reader.
