Thanks Jim, thats what I thought and thats what I have been doing. I tried
alternating different keys and tried pressing & holding and tried multiple
pressing but the BIOS will not come up.

 If the hard drive is CRASHED would I still be able to access the BIOS?

If so, this is looking more and more like a virus attack would you agree?
