Hanging after upgrade

I recently changed my motherboard (Intel 915gav), processor(p4-530) and
memory (ddr512mb). Also, I am now using the integrated graphics instead of
an AGP card. The problem is I tried to just plug my hard drive with XP right
into these new components and it says that windows apologizes but it has
detected new hardware. From that point it says I can select from boot
options, but it doesn't work, they just restart my system and bring me back
to this same screen. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
