Yes, it should be but it just dawned on me that one of your burner sis also
a DVD burner and since there is no DVD recording function native to XP,
that's likely the reason why it doesn't show up.
What's going on here, I believe, is that XP's burning function will only
recognize one burner on the system and since it's recognizing the DVD burner
which, apparently, you can use to burn CDs, the other drive is not being
recognized.
