You have a point, right along my line of thinking, when I upgraded to the
Retail
from the OEM version. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue.
I will next try to install the Retail version from the download, by-passing
the OEM,
but have my doubts, it is permissable with the upgrade s/n I have.
