S-Video to TV on laptop, why doesn´t it work?

Hi!
I want to connect my laptop (dell inspiron 8200) to a seconary monitor;our
TV. It has worked before, but after reinstalled windows, and installed sp2 it
doesn´t work. I connect through s-video and I got geforce2 go. When I'm
trying to mark "extend windos-desktop to this monitor" and klick ok, the
screen gets black for a second and then it´s back to how it was before.
Whats the problem? Pleace help me!
