Depends on the connection...
An 802.11b net has a max bandwidth of 11 Mbps (Megabits/sec), or about 1.3 MBps
(MegaBytes/sec). For a 290 MB file, that means about 3.5 minutes minimum.
However, you will never achieve full bandwidth. Depending on the distance
between the router and the clients, your throughput of about 1/4 max could be
reasonable.
