thanks Bob I got the web site apparently it's one of the softwares I had
uninstalled thought it was part of the problem. so now I have a more
upgraded version. used it to clean out the system afresh. did not appear to
work immediately so downloaded another spy remover applied all three (IE
including what I had before) switched off my PC, retired to bed, woke up in
the morning and a whole world of difference. Thank you so much.
