I recently upgraded to WindowsXp Professional from
WindowsME now my Ipod does not work. My Ipod is frozen
with on the screen do not disconnect. I am using a
Adaptec FireConnect 4300 Firewire card to connect my ipod
to my computer. The Icon on my computer in the bottom
right hand corner always show that it is safe to remove
my hardware. Is the Ipod or the Firewire Card not
compatable with WindowsXp. The device manager shows that
both are working properly. Help PLEASE! Thanks!
