FWIW
Software such as firewalls, antivirus and AOL are some of the meanest
to uninstall. What I do when people bring this kind of problem to me.
I put all of their data into my documents. Then I copy my documents
to
a spare HDD that I have laying around. USB is the most efficient.
Then I just reinstall.
