Drive Image. You will need to load the SATA RAID drivers using F6 when you
run Drive Image.
Ghost?
NTBackup while running your favourite OS. Just backup the disc contents to
another drive.
WinZip, WinRAR? (For non OS installations).

Do this PRONTO!!!! After all if either of your RAID 0 discs fail you lose
all data.

If it were me, I would back up now, break the RAID 0, rip out the stuffed
drive, reformat and continue knowing the drive is not now going to fail. Get
a warrantee replacement with the stuffed drive in hand.
