Glad you got it working without having to wipe the hard drive and start
all over. When you hang around support areas, certain problems appear
more often than others. Once you help with the same problem a couple of
times, you just memorize the "answer." Also, it is amazing what you can
learn from Google :)

This whole thing is jsut one of the many reasons it is a good idea to
keep current backups of all your files. I usually recommend Norton
Ghost, but it hasn't worked on my new computer with SATA, so I have
started to lost faith in it a bit. I would look at buying a nice Hard
Drive Imaging software program though. I picked up Norton Ghost for $20
after a Mail in Rebate, so it isn't really that expensive either.
