It's a good idea to keep the OS separate.
Your scheme is reasonable, though you may want to expand the Programs drive
a bit.
Also, you may want to use the Maxtor (or part of it) for your PageFile, if
it is of comparable performance. If it is much slower, keep the PageFile on
C:.
