unrecognised hardware

Can anyone tell me what to make of hardware in Device
manager that is recognised as VID_04E6 PID_80000040 also
my Motorola driver has yellow question mark on it and
even trying instalation of new driver from MOTOROLA web
support didn't help.
Thank for any suggestion.
