I always load WHQL approved drivers. I just want to know
when the manuafacturs drivers for cards like video/sound
imply that when you uninstall the old ones, windows will
put up one of the standard ones that came with it when you
restart? For example the ATI install.

Most instructions for driver installs by the manuafactors
stress to hit CANCEL when windows finds new hardware, so
they dont want you installing the windows default way yet
windows goes ahead and installs its own even if you hit
cancel. I'm I suppose to install the manuafactors drivers
over the ones windows installed?
