Hi,
I own a HP laptop with WinXp Home installed on it.
A friend of mine came up with an USB2 external keycard. I plugged it,
windows started to install the material, warned me about the loss of
speed as my physical usb port is only a usb1 port. Everything went
fine, access to the card ok, we disconnected it the right way, first
soft then hard disconnect...
The issue here is that the laptop won't boot up again, keeps freezing
on the first appearance of the normal boot screen (blue with xp logo).
None of the Safe mode worked, so I was just wondering if anybody got
the same problem and found a way to resolve it, because I'd really
like to avoid reinstalling the whole system.
Thank you in advance !
