The Promise card, should I believe have included drivers
eg

If trying to boot from old hd it may be that you require to repair the win2k
installation, installing the drivers, using the F6 option.
BTW is there a reason for having 'ghosted' you now wish to revert to
origonal hd? seemingly using the sata drive as a slave?
