Click start/right click my computer and then properties.
Go to the hardware tab.
Click on device manager button.
Click the plus sign beside cd/dvd drives.
Right click on one of teh drives and go to properties.
Go to the driver tab.
Click on driver details.
What drivers are listed there?
Please post.
