Hello Again Francois,

I was just reading a post in another thread. One of the posters came up with
an idea that he said solved the problem for him. He went to "msconfig" and
disabled everything in the Startup list except, his AV and firewall. That
stopped the problem. Then he started restoring the items in startup, one by
one, till the problem reoccurred.

That may be a tedious process but, I think it's worth a try.
