Hi. I reformatted my computer with windows xp and i cannot
connect to the internet. i currently use comcast broadband
cable modem using a USB to connect to the internet. When
I try to unplug and plug my USB cable to my USB port on my
computer, my computer will not read the new hardware. I
don't see a message that pops up that says "new hardware
detected" or something. When I go to device manager,
under USB, I only see 2 things listed: Intel
(r)...something and USB Root Hub. Am I missing a USB
driver? When can I get it? The cable modem CD that came
with it does not have anything that would help. Any help
is appreciated!
