wireless network card inop help

i have a netgear wireless lan card wg511 and a dlink
wireless router they used to work perfect. no changes
where made to th pc, i tried last known good
configurations, reloading drivers. windows tells me that
this hardware is sharing resourses how do i stop the
generousity. (fix the resource problem)
