I find I do indeed have wordpad and the KB loaded that reinstalled/updated
it.
I find my REAL problem now is that when I click on the "open with" section
via properties Wordpad does not appear as an option !

I'm not Thoy, the person with the problem; I replied to him. Please be
careful to reply to the correct person.
And note that changing what's on the right-click menu is not what he
asked about. He asked about what he sees after clicking "Open with."
