Google "customize right click menu" to find methods to change what is
listed. There are also programs that avoid editing the register.

I'm not Thoy, the person with the problem; I replied to him. Please be
careful to reply to the correct person.

And note that changing what's on the right-click menu is not what he
asked about. He asked about what he sees after clicking "Open with."
