I looked at this procedure and found the Check Boxes were already clear
and
no Pop Up Box appeared to allow me to enter my Account Name.

Please note also, the email link to your Reply does not work. I had to
search for my Post to be able to read it. This happened in the past also.

About my EMail address - it is a fake. Few respondents are prepared to
publish their real EMail address, for fear of getting overwhelmed by spam,
and almost none will enter into an EMail discussion with posters. Newsgroups
are meant to be a public forum which means that other people with similar
problems can benefit from the resolution of your problem. You could enter

windows automatic logon

into a Google search box and get ten highly relevant references on the very
first page - because other people have been where you are now!
