To follow up on this, I deselected everything that wasn't microsoft and
the
error still occurred. I am guessing it is a microsoft problem; does
anyone
know of any programs/drivers/applications that is common with this
problem?

YOu might need to first find the root cause of the issue before
troubleshooting.
Try performing clean boot
Perform a divide and conquer to trace the defected item

Once the defected item is found try cleaning it from the start up from
either of the folloowing ways
*Run>msconfig>start-up\Services
*open Run>regedit>HKLM>software>Microsoft>Windows>Current Version>Run
(For
start-up
*HKLM>System>CurrentControlset>Services
Remove the appropriate entry that caused the problem during the divide
and
conquer.
Post back with the results if you still require any help

I am receiving these error messages when I restart/boot-up my computer.
The

Services
encountered a problem and needed to close.
I've tried to research solutions but have been unsuccessful in treating
the
problem. I know this is something common since my wife's computer had
this
problem a few years ago, but it was her company that fixed it.
Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
Thank you for the help.
