Unneeded Windows Explorer window opens when Windows starts

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I'm using Windows XP SP 3. Every time I open Windows, a Windows explorer
window opens, showing C:\Program Files\Quicken. I do have the Quicken program
installed on my PC, but I did not intentionally do anything to open this
Window.

How can I get Windows to stop opening this unneeded window?
