I move slowly right now because I fell on Easter and broke my back, which I've had spinal cord sugery for. I can't move as fast as I could before the surgery so it takes me a while to get back to my computer once I've moved from it. I'm sorry about that.

Did you try saving the pdf forms, and did that help?
