That is not the entire message, is it?
This can be caused by a hardware problem (disk or RAM), or most likely
a defective ntuser.dat file.
The ntuser.dat file is the part of the registry containing the
information for a particular user (HKCU). Every user has a different
one.
It is possible to generate or repair an ntuser.dat file for a user,
but you should try simpler things first.
You can let XP check/fix your hard drive for errors from the Tools
menu of the Properties page of your disk(s). I think defective RAM
would cause a different message.
