On a standalone system it should be administrator because of inherited rights
Depending how a network machine is setup depends if it shows you the user or not

Right click on the executible for the program, select properties.
Select the security tab.
Click the advanced button.
Select the owner tab.
The owner of the executible will be listed. This should be the user who installed the program.
